Services we provide:
Our services can be broadly categorised into three separate, yet equally important, areas;
Advice Solutions
Product Solutions
Ongoing Support
At Optimise we believe you can maximise your potential by combining all three service components.
Advice solutions
Advice Solutions provide you with strategies to help build, manage and utilise your wealth.
Our Advice Solutions take your personal circumstances, needs and objectives into account to create a tailored plan designed to help you achieve your goals.
To give you confidence in our advice, we provide you with a written report outlining our advice recommendations as well as the benefits, risks, costs, and likely outcomes.
We call this written report a Statement of Advice. In keeping with our aim to make financial advice simple but effective, every attempt is made to ensure our Statements of Advice are easy to read, thorough and educational.

Product Solutions
Good advice loses its value if it is not implemented.
In the written document we provide called the Statement of Advice we provide strategies to help you build, manage, and utilise your wealth.
Some strategies require a financial product to enable the advice to be implemented.
For example, we may recommend you protect your income against injury or illness. In this instance we would recommend the implementation of an income protection plan from one of our income protection providers.
To implement our advice we have product solutions for the following wealth segments:
- Investments & Wealth Creation
- Superannuation
- Risk protection
- Retirement
- Cash flow management
- Core Plus Portfolios
- Mortgages & loans
You may already have an existing product which is suitable to your needs, in which case we would not recommend a change.
In reviewing the appropriateness of your existing product/s or the recommendation of any new solution, due consideration is given to:
Our key criteria |
The benefit to you |
The ability for the product to enable our advice |
The benefits of our advice will be diminished if you cannot effectively implement our recommendations |
Appropriateness to the client’s needs |
An inappropriate recommendation can lead to dissatisfaction, inability to meet our advice and potentially, additional cost |
The flexibility to make changes as often as required without excessive cost |
Your circumstances may change which makes it important to be able to make alterations without potentially creating an obstacle to the necessary change |
Ease and efficiency of implementation |
Excessive time spent implementing our recommendations can result lost opportunities, additional financial risk and financial loss |
Easy access to timely information and online capability |
Being able to access key information quickly and easily enables us to provide timely and professional ongoing support. It also helps you understand your financial standing |
Ease of understanding |
You cannot have confidence in your financial affairs if you do not understand what you have |
Costs and value for money |
Fees are important but so are the benefits you receive in exchange for the fees paid |
Ongoing Support
Ongoing Support from Optimise ensures your goals and objectives continue to be met as you move through the different stages of your life and as the times around us change.
We suggest you review your plans on a regular basis.
For some clients an annual review is necessary but others may only require a review every three years.
We will make recommendations in our Statement of Advice as to how often we believe you should have a review.
You can contact us at any time in between reviews to discuss your plans(additional cost may apply).
From time to time we may be required to make changes to your initial advice. For example, we may need to change your investments or alter your existing insurance arrangements In instances such as these we will outline these changes in a simpler, more concise document called a Record of Advice.
Advice and information on this page is intended as a guide for you to consider when thinking about your financial situation. It does not take account of your personal circumstances. Therefore, consider it together with your overall circumstances before making a decision about your financial future. Alternatively, come in and speak with us about how we can help.
